Tiziano Lattisi

Tiziano Lattisi is an experienced consultant at the OECD since August 2019 and has been the CEO and owner of AXIA Studio, specializing in software development and consulting for the Public Administration, since December 1997. Tiziano co-founded TxC2 S.r.l. and serves as the CTO of VINAPSE since May 2019. Previous roles include IT Manager at San Pancrazio Hospital from 2004 to 2009, where Tiziano was responsible for network infrastructure design and migration to open platforms, and System Administrator at Benacus Travel Service from 1996 to 2000. Tiziano started a career as a Hardware and Software Engineer at Baroni Olivetti from 1992 to 1997. Tiziano holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Università di Trento.
