Marshall Goldsmith

Marshall Goldsmith is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy and Business Head for Corporate Lending at OfBusiness since May 2019. Prior to this role, Marshall was a Political Consultant at I-PAC, where responsibilities included serving as the Chief Political Strategist for Shiv Sena during the 2019 General Elections, developing campaign strategies, and engaging with a large voter base in Maharashtra. Earlier experience includes a marketing internship at Welspun Group, where campaign strategies were conceptualized, and a role as a Rotary Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited, where efficiencies were increased and significant cost savings were achieved. Marshall holds a PGDM in Consulting from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
