Christopher Yong

Christopher Yong, CPA, has significant experience in auditing and financial analysis, currently serving as a Senior Staff Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of Alberta since April 2020, after progressing through roles as Intermediate Staff Auditor and Staff Auditor. Prior to this, Christopher worked as a Financial Analyst and Finance Assistant at the Students' Association of MacEwan University from May 2018 to April 2020 and August 2016 to August 2017, respectively. Christopher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Accounting from MacEwan University, obtained between 2014 and 2017, and achieved designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant through CPA Canada in July 2022.
