Andrew Ellam is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience across various sectors, including technology, finance, and regulatory environments. Currently serving as a Consultant Technical Program Manager at Previsico, Andrew advises on scaling machine learning and physics modeling data pipelines in the GIS domain. As a member of the Enforcement Decision Panel for Ofgem, Andrew contributes to decisions on legal breaches in the UK energy market. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Technology at Climate X, where Andrew managed software engineering frameworks, and Director of Technical Program Management at Monzo Bank, where Andrew oversaw significant contracts and board briefings.
