Samuel Sowah

Samuel Sowah is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Africa at ofi since February 2022. Prior to this role, Samuel worked at Nestlé from May 2019 to February 2022 as a Senior Partner in Talent Acquisition for Central and West Africa, as well as Asia and Oceania, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process while providing expert insights to hiring managers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Partner at SBS Consulting from January 2014 to May 2019, overseeing recruitment and selection activities, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Antal International from July 2010 to December 2013, focusing on CV screening and candidate management. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ghana and a Senior Professional in Human Resources International certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
