Katherine Budge

Katherine Budge is a highly experienced Associate Solicitor currently employed at Ogletree Deakins since April 2024, previously serving in similar roles at Capsticks LLP and Jones Chase Employment Lawyers where Katherine managed a diverse caseload of Employment Tribunal claims, including matters related to unfair dismissal, discrimination, and TUPE. With a solid foundation in contentious law, Katherine's career began as a Paralegal and progressed to a Trainee Solicitor, gaining valuable experience in case preparation and client advisory.
