Stacey Ryan Cornelius is the Global CFO at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy). Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at WPP Health & Wellness from January 2018 to April 2019. Cornelius began their career at Price Waterhouse Coopers in September 1992 as an Audit Manager. In 1995, they were promoted to Audit Manager and their experience expanded to include IPO's and complex special projects.

Maria O'keeffe is the current Global Chief People Officer at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy). Maria has been in this role since March of 2022. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Kar Products from August 1992 to September 1996.

Maria has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Maria is a strategic and innovative leader who has helped companies grow and develop their people. Maria is passionate about making sure that everyone has the opportunity to reach their potential and thrive in their careers.

Devika is the Global Chief Executive Officer of Ogilvy. She is responsible for driving growth across the agency's five business units: Advertising, PR, Experience, Health, and Growth & Innovation, and ensuring the agency's borderless creativity is deployed to deliver ideas that create impact for clients. 

Under Devika’s leadership, Ogilvy earned Network of the Year honors at Cannes Lions in 2022, while also being named Network of the Year by The One Show, and Global Network of the Year by Campaign Magazine. 

Devika previously served as President of North America for McCann World Group. Prior to that role, Devika was President of McCann New York, the company’s lead office. Under her leadership that office experienced a period of significant growth and industry recognition that encompassed numerous creative, effectiveness and innovation awards. In 2019 she was recognized by Campaign Magazine as U.S. Advertising Agency Head of the Year. Over the past four years McCann New York won a total of 100 Cannes Lions and was the 2nd most awarded agency in 2019 in the world. Under her leadership, McCann was named the Most Creatively Effective Agency Network in the U.S. by the Effie Awards last year. 

Devika is deeply devoted to social causes that promote equality, diversity and inclusiveness. She is a founding member of Times Up Advertising, where she has tirelessly championed equality for women in advertising, particularly for women of color. In 2017, she was named "Working Mother of the Year" by She Runs It and is also a previous recipient of the AdColor Innovator Award. She has volunteered her time for numerous industry and community projects, including work with the Ad Council and is an active board member of the Ad Club in New York.

Julianna is [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy)’s Global Chief Executive Officer of Public Relations and Influence. Julianna oversees all aspects of [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy)’s global PR business which spans Reputation Management, Brand Influence, C-Suite & Advocacy, Media Influence, and Employee Experience and is responsible for growing [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy)’s PR & Influence operations globally .

An industry veteran, Julianna is a strategic communications and operations leader. Most recently, Julianna was a partner at Waypoint Partners, a global growth advisory and M&A firm, that works with high growth companies to scale their business by increasing capabilities, capacity and capital. Prior to that, she spent over 17 years at [Edelman](/org/edelman). Before departing in 2018, she served as U.S. Chief Operating Officer responsible for driving growth and operational efficiency of the largest region and had management oversight of US practices and business functions including human resources, diversity and inclusion, client excellence, marketing, innovation and learning and development. Prior to her role as [Edelman](/org/edelman)’s U.S. COO, Julianna was President of Global Client Management where she was responsible for strategic growth and market expansion of the firm’s global client portfolio.

Most recently global chief growth officer at the WPP agency, Nuytemans is responsible for driving all aspects of [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy)’s business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, spanning public relations, growth and innovation, advertising, health, and experience.

Since joining [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) in Belgium in 1993, Nuytemans has risen through the ranks of [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy), taking on management roles of increasing responsibility. She has worked on three continents across a broad range of disciplines, categories, and clients.

Before becoming global chief growth officer for [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) in January, Nuytemans served as CEO of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region for four years, where she grew Memac [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) financially, operationally and reputationally – transforming a network of 11 agencies into an integrated, efficient, modern marketing agency.

Prior to that, she combined her role of EMEA chief digital officer with that of CEO of [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) & Social Lab Brussels, overseeing the network rollout.

Before that, they were the Founder & CEO of ZentFlex from September 2018 to March 2022. Carla Hendra is the current Chief Executive of Ogilvy Consulting. Horacio Genolet is the current Chief Executive for Latin America at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy). Horacio has over 20 years of experience in the advertising and communications industry. 

Horacio started their career at Telecom Argentina in 1998 as Advertising Manager. In 2001, they moved to Carat where they became the Regional NB Director. In 2003, they joined [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) Mexico as VP of Client Services. Horacio was in charge of developing and implementing 360 communications platforms for Amercian Express, Volvo, Gillette, Coca Cola, and other local brands. In 2006, Horacio was promoted to CEO of [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) & Mather. Horacio held this position until 2008 when they became the COO. Edward Kim is currently the managing partner, global consulting principal, and head of commerce strategy at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy). Before their current role, Edward was the head of global digital strategy and digital media partnerships for Samsung Electronics at Publicis from March 2018 to June 2019. In this role, Edward was responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to increase brand awareness and commerce results across all product business units. Edward also set the digital media strategy and oversaw the global annual digital media spend.

From September 2015 to September 2019, Edward was the global commerce fashion & luxury retail lead at [Publicis Sapient](/org/publicis-sapient). Paul English is a Consulting Principal for Digital Transformation at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy). Prior to this, they were a Partner and Digital Practice Lead at Prophet from February 2015 to April 2017. Adam Hessel is the Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy Health. Adam has over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, having worked with some of the world's biggest brands.

Adam started their career as a Senior Art Director at Deutsch NY in 1998. Adam then moved to Spike DDB in 2001, where they were promoted to Associate Creative Director. In 2007, they joined Kaplan Thaler Productions as Creative Director.

Adam's most notable achievements include winning the account for [Wendy's](/org/wendys), and creating award-winning campaigns for Miracle Feet, NYC Botanics and Lilly.

In 2012, Adam joined Publicis as SVP, Creative Director. Adam then moved to Harrison and Star in 2019, before taking on their current role at Ogilvy Health in 2021.

Prior to Ogilvy she was Global Chief Creative Officer for Leo Burnett and Chief Creative Officer for Publicis Communications North America where she was a Founding Partner at Le Truc, a new business model threaded across the Publicis Groupe.

She’s been named an Ad Age “Woman to Watch” and a member of the Adweek “Creative 100,” her work has been featured in the Museum of Modern Art and multiple Super Bowls, seen across the pages of Harper’s Bazaar, Fast Company and Rolling Stone, and even topped Billboard charts. Driving transformative creative solutions and culture-shaping work is what Liz does best. Her career credits include iconic and brand-defining work for Budweiser, Clorox, Gatorade, Wrigley, Michelob Ultra, Morton Salt, Beam Suntory, GE, Kimberly-Clark, Boeing and many more.

One of the most awarded creatives in the industry, she has numerous honors to her name, including Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, ANDYs and Effies among others. Alongside the recognition of her work, she has helped set the industry bar for creativity around the world, serving on a multitude of juries that include Cannes – Digital Craft and Print & Publishing; One Show – Social Media and Integrated Campaign; and D&AD – Experiential and Direct. An industry leader in addressing workplace inequality, Liz also served as an inaugural jury chair of the Athena Advertising Awards, held in conjunction with the 3% Movement. 

A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Portfolio Center, Liz is based in her native Chicago, where she lives with her husband, a Goldendoodle and her two kids when they are home from college. When she’s not writing for work, she’s writing a memoir that she hopes will one day be published. And when she needs a break from writing, you can find her indulging in any number of her favorite things—whether binge-watching, fashion obsessing, pop culture devouring, vintage t-shirt collecting, mid-century modern furniture shopping or poker playing.

Kim has been successfully scaling marketing and technology services in the healthcare industry for nearly two decades. Most recently Kim served as Executive Vice President of Global Clients at WPP where she partnered with global client leaders to unlock client growth and transformation. Earlier this year, Kim was instrumental in launching the WPP Health Community, a collection of health leaders across WPP designed to use creativity and technology to accelerate growth and innovation in the sector.

Prior to WPP, Kim was the President of GSW and prior to that PALIO, full-service agencies in the [Syneos Health](/org/syneos-health) global network where she doubled annual billings and merged the two companies to form the network’s flagship brand. Before her tenure with Syneos, Kim was a Partner at health and wellness agency, [The Bloc](/org/the-bloc), where she implemented a digital roadmap that put the company on the course for significant growth during her tenure. Kim also held marketing leadership roles at [Pfizer](/org/pfizer), including leading a global blockbuster brand in the inflammation franchise. Kim started her career in client leadership at Wunderman. Kim has been recognized as a PharmaVOICE Top 100 Health recipient, along with other notable marketer recognitions from MM&M, HBA, DTC Perspectives and PM360.

Rebecca Flavin is the Global Chief Experience Officer at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy). Rebecca has over a decade of experience in the industry, and has held positions at SoDA: The Digital Society, Effective Inc., and [4A's](/org/4as). Rebecca is a board member of SoDA and has been with [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) since December 2017.

Ranjiv Ramgolam is the current Chief Strategy Officer for Latin America at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy). Ranjiv has been with the company since January 2004, and in their current role since April 2011. Prior to that, they were a Strategy Director at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) & Mather. Ranjiv has also previously worked as a Consultant at [FutureBrand](/org/futurebrand) from January 1999 to December 2003.

Jessica Apellaniz is the current Chief Creative Officer for Latin America at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy). Jessica has over 19 years of experience in the advertising industry, starting their career as an assistant director at MTV Latin America in 2000. In 2002, they became a junior copywriter at TERAN\TBWA before moving to Olabuenaga Chemistri as a senior copywriter in 2004. Jessica then spent 13 years at Publicis, eventually becoming VP Creative in 2017. Jessica left Publicis in November of that year to join [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) & Mather México as VP Creative Services, a position they held until December 2019. Jessica has won numerous awards throughout their career, including a Grand Prix at Cannes Lions in 2015 and a Gold Clio in 2016.

Jessica Apellaniz has a degree in Communication from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Jessica also has a degree from Centro Escolar del Tepeyac and Colegio Williams.

Fiona Gordon is the Chief Executive for the UK at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy). Before being promoted to her previous role leading client services across EMEA, Gordon spent four years as WPP’s UK lead on the integrated [Walgreens Boots Alliance](/org/walgreens-boots-alliance) account, delivering what WPP described as Boots' highest brand reputation scores in 10 years. 

Gordon joined [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) as a graduate trainee in 1992 and, over the next 23 years, moved through a series of roles in London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. In 2015 she returned to London from Asia to take up the position of group transformation director at [Ogilvy](/org/oglivy) & Mather UK, as the agency was then called. She moved to run WBA in March 2017.

She also sits on the board of WPP Stella, the holding company’s women’s network.

Jag is a seasoned leader that has commercial experience working across a number of international companies and industries including [Diageo](/org/diageo), [Vodafone](/org/vodafone) and Costa. She has worked with diverse teams including the Global Marketing and Innovation team at [Diageo](/org/diageo), the India leadership team at [Vodafone](/org/vodafone), as well as the International team at Costa.

Jag has a passion for building enduring and sustainable organizations - throughout her career she has helped organizations to evolve and grow, building strong diverse talent pipelines and developed the key asset of any organization, their people. Jag has covered and owned people and organization practices in Europe, Africa and Asia and has lived and worked in South Africa and India on her previous assignments.

Jag lives in London with her partner. Learning about different cultures through travel is one of her passions. Eating and drinking good food is also a passion and exploring food with travel is her ultimate combination!
