Stephen Bolus

Stephen Bolus has diverse work experience in the biotechnology and genetics field. Their most recent role is as a Research Scientist at Ohalo Genetics since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Silvec Biologics as a Researcher from April 2021 to February 2022. Stephen also served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at USDA from May 2020 to April 2021. In 2019, Stephen gained experience as a Biology/Downstream Processing Intern at Amyris from June to September.

Stephen Bolus obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry from Clemson University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Stephen then pursued further education at the University of California, Davis, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology from 2012 to 2020.
