Trish Demeter

Trish Demeter has extensive work experience in environmental policy and advocacy. Trish is currently serving as a Managing Director at Advanced Energy Economy. Prior to this, they held roles at Ohio Environmental Council, including Chief of Staff and Managing Director of Energy Programs. In these positions, they managed energy policy advocacy campaigns and built strategic partnerships with clean energy allies. Trish also served as the Interim Executive Director at Ohio Environmental Council. Before joining the council, they worked as the VP of Policy - Energy at Ohio Environmental Council and as a Legislative Liaison at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Trish initially started their career as a Policy Aide at the Ohio Senate Minority Caucus.

Trish Demeter pursued their education from 1997 to 2001 at Wittenberg University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature.
