Danelle Villers

Danelle Villers serves as the Executive Director at Ohio Living since January 2016, overseeing the agency's overall operations, encompassing sales and marketing, clinical affairs, strategic planning, customer relations, quality compliance, financial matters, and foundation relations. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Hospice at Cleveland Clinic from 2009 to 2016, where responsibilities included strategic, business, and clinical operations, alongside enhancing patient and employee satisfaction and implementing quality initiatives. Danelle also held positions as Regional Director at Assisted Living Concepts and Extendicare Health Services, Inc., focusing on operational, clinical, and business development across multiple facilities. Additionally, Danelle was the Senior Director of Home Care and Business Development at Jewish Family Services Association of Cleveland, managing skilled and non-skilled home care services. Danelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.
