Danielle Ivory, ACS, joined Ohio National in 2001 as a new business issue associate. In 2019, she advanced to her current role as senior vice president, operations, responsible for life, annuity, retirement plans and disability income (DI) business line operations. Prior to that, she held many positions in both marketing support and operations management including manager of the life and DI call center in 2008-2010; director of policyowner services and customer service from 2010-2011; vice president of new business and policyowner services (life and DI); and became vice president of insurance operations in 2016. Danielle has a reputation for delivering outstanding results, cultivating an environment of continuous improvement, process and technology optimization and building lasting relationships. She has proven her ability to execute on measures that reduce unit cost while increasing operational efficiency and maximizing staffing capacity.
Danielle received her FINRA Series 6 designation in 2010 and her Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designation in 2015.
She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and received her Master of Business Administration from Xavier University in 2007.
