Samuel Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in analytics and data science. Starting from September 2013, they worked as a Production Executive at the light lab ltd. In September 2014, they transitioned to become a Digital Marketing Analyst at Illuminate Agency. From September 2015 to August 2016, they took on the role of Marketing Operations Analyst at MVF - 1st in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For, and later became a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst from September 2016 to May 2017. Samuel then joined MVF as a Data Analyst from June 2017 to August 2018.
In September 2018, they moved to Cambridge Spark as an Applied Data Science Candidate, where they worked until June 2019. Subsequently, they joined OJO as a Business Intelligence Analyst in September 2019 and remained in that position until September 2020. Samuel advanced to Senior Business Intelligence Analyst from September 2020 to May 2021, followed by Business Intelligence Manager from May 2021 to August 2022. Currently, Samuel holds the role of Lead Analytics Engineer at OJO, starting in September 2022.
Samuel Murphy's education history includes a Master of Science in Chemistry with Research Abroad from Imperial College London, a period of research abroad in Chemistry at Emory University, an International Baccalaureate (IB) from Dartford Grammar School, and GCSEs from St. Thomas More Catholic Comprehensive School.
