Prior to this role, Vijay was SVP, People at Okta, leading teams focused on the attraction and retention of talent, employee engagement, and scaling of processes and systems during Okta’s growth from 2,000 to over 6,000 employees.

Before joining Okta, Vijay built and drove the strategy and execution of Meta’s Global People Operations function, scaling the team from 2 people to 500+ to support growth for the overall workforce from 3,000 to more than 85,000.

Previous to his work at Meta, Vijay spent time at Microsoft as a technical product manager and leading a 5-year global recruiting system and process transformation. Earlier in his career, Vijay has also had roles in benefits strategy and administration and software professional services consulting and implementation.

Prior to becoming CLO, Larissa assumed increasing responsibilities building the Corporate Governance, Compliance and Ethics, Corporate and Securities, Employment, Litigation, and Stock Administration teams, as well as supporting Corporate Development in their M&A, Strategic Transactions, and Okta Ventures work. She also serves as a strategic advisor on initiatives across the company.

Arnab Bose is the VP of Product Management at [Okta](/org/okta). Arnab has over fifteen years of experience in the industry, having led Product Management teams at [Salesforce](/org/salesforce) and Microsoft. 

Bose began their career as an intern at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in 2002. Arnab then spent ten years at Microsoft, where they managed a team of PMs focused on delivering multi-user collaborative document authoring and offline document synchronization for touch first Office authoring applications. He has held additional senior leadership roles at Google, gaining expertise in people leadership and end-to-end enterprise technology development and design. Before that, Karl worked at Philips from November 2003 to December 2011 as a Software Architect. Karl was part of the architecture team for Healthcare Informatics business group and was responsible for defining and shipping a common healthcare development platform across Philips Healthcare business units. Karl also drove the development of the platform’s Identity Provider and HIPAA compliant security model to support patient and provider access across complex customer environments.

Eric Kelleher is the current Chief Customer Officer at [Okta](/org/okta). Eric has held this position since December 2016. Prior to this, they were the Head of Global Customer Success at [LinkedIn](/org/linkedin) from January 2014 to December 2016. In this role, they oversaw the customer team and helped grow the subscription business from $1.3B to $2.1B. Eric has also been with Salesforce.com as their Senior Vice President, Customers for Life for Marketing Cloud and Data.com from January 2002 to December 2013. Craig Weissman joins [Okta](/org/okta) from [Duetto](/org/duetto), the SaaS company he co-founded and advises to bring data-driven cloud technology to the hospitality industry. Prior to [Duetto](/org/duetto), Weissman worked at [Salesforce](/org/salesforce) for nine years, the last three as Chief Technology Officer, where he was instrumental in building the leading enterprise cloud platform. Weissman has more than 25 years of experience as a software architect and executive, with a long term focus on SaaS and cloud architectures.

Brett Tighe is the Chief Financial Officer at [Okta](/org/okta). He manages the finance, accounting and investor relations teams, and guides strategic investment decisions on hiring and international expansion to drive [Okta](/org/okta)’s long term growth.

Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Brett served as [Okta](/org/okta)’s Senior Vice President of FP&A and Treasury. Prior to [Okta](/org/okta), he held various positions in finance at Salesforce.com, most notably as Senior Director of Corporate Finance and Strategy.

Mr. Dixon has been the owner of The RD Factor, Inc., a digital and information technology consulting business, since December 2016. Mr. Dixon served as Global Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of PepsiCo, Inc., a global food and beverage company, from November 2007 until April 2016 and as Senior Vice President until December 2016. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Inc., Mr. Dixon held various executive positions with The Procter & Gamble Company, a consumer household products company, since 1977, including Vice President of Global Business Services from 2005 until 2007. Mr. Dixon has served on the board of directors of Anthem, Inc., a health benefits company, since July 2011, and he has served on the board of directors of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc., a specialty retailer, since February 2018. Mr. Dixon is a Trustee for The Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the President’s Advisory Board, the College of Engineering Advisory Board and the College of Computing Advisory Board. Mr. Dixon also serves on the Devo, Inc. Growth Advisory Board, a business analytics company. He previously served on the CIO Advisory Board for International Business Machines Corporation. Mr. Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining [Charles Schwab](/org/charles-schwab), she was Executive Vice President, Marketing at Visa U.S.A. Before joining Visa, Ms. Saeger was Senior Vice President and head of Account Management at Foote, Cone & Belding and Senior Vice President at Ogilvy & Mather. Ms. Saeger serves on the board of E*TRADE Financial Corporation and is a member of the E*TRADE Bank board. She is an advisor to [Yext](/org/yext), the leading digital knowledge management company. She served on the board of directors for Turn, a leading advertising technology company, and as Chair of the [Association of National Advertisers](/org/association-of-national-advertisers) (ANA). Frederic Kerrest is the Executive Vice Chairperson, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of [Okta](/org/okta). He is responsible for [Okta](/org/okta)'s day-to-day operations, working with employees, partners and customers to deliver on the company's mission of leveraging the cloud to make people more productive and IT more secure. As a key member of management, Frederic helps set corporate priorities to drive success for the company and its customers.

Frederic is passionate about enterprise technology and has spent almost two decades driving corporate efficiency via innovative software solutions. Prior to co-founding [Okta](/org/okta), he worked at [Hummer Winblad Venture Partners](/org/hwvp), where he evaluated enterprise software investment opportunities and helped portfolio companies strengthen their operations and Go-To-Market strategies. From 2002 to 2007, Frederic worked in sales and business development at Salesforce.com, where he started and built the Latin America sales organization, Mobile group and OEM / Reseller programs and was a two-time Peak Performer Sales Award recipient. Prior to Salesforce.com, he co-founded and served as director of technology at an award-winning high-tech consulting firm. Frederic began his career in a variety of enterprise software development and management roles.

Frederic earned a B.S. in computer science from [Stanford University](/org/stanford), and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was the 2008 MIT Patrick J. McGovern, Jr. Entrepreneurship Award recipient.

Frederic currently serves as an advisor to early stage software companies and a mentor at the MIT Trust Center for Entrepreneurship and the Stanford StartX Accelerator program. Ben Horowitz is a cofounder and partner of the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, and The New York Times bestselling author of The Hard Thing About Hard Things, which is now available in over 16 languages. Prior to a16z, Ben was cofounder and CEO of Opsware (formerly Loudcloud), which was acquired by HP in 2007 for $1.6 billion, and was appointed vice president and general manager of Business Technology Optimization for Software at HP. Earlier, he was vice president and general manager of America Online's E-commerce Platform division, where he oversaw development of the company's flagship Shop@AOL service. Previously, Ben ran several product divisions at Netscape Communications. He also served as vice president of Netscape's widely acclaimed Directory and Security product line. Before joining Netscape in July 1995, he held various senior product marketing positions at Lotus Development Corporation.

Todd McKinnon is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Okta. He is responsible for creating, communicating and implementing the overall vision and strategy for the company. Under Todd's leadership, Okta has grown into the leading identity solution with thousands of customers.

Prior to Okta, Todd served as the Head of Engineering at Salesforce.com, where he helped grow the team from 15 people to more than 250, and the service from two million daily transactions to more than 150 million with industry-leading performance and reliability. Todd also has nearly a decade of experience working in various engineering and leadership roles at PeopleSoft.

Todd earned his B.S. in management and information systems from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university) and his M.S. in computer science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Prior to [Okta](/org/okta), Chris served as Vice President, Corporate Controller of Cyan, Inc., a global supplier of software-defined networks, and as Vice President, Assistant Controller of [Riverbed Technology](/org/riverbed-technology), an information technology performance company.  Chris also held various finance positions with Varian, Inc., SOLA International, [eMusic](/org/emusic), PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.

Mr. Kramer earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a licensed CPA (inactive) in the State of California. Mr. Kramer enjoys running, biking, surfing and other outdoor activities.

Eugenio has spent his entire professional career easing the developer journey by creating industry-standard tools, content, and services for cloud-based computing, mobility, and identity. Prior to [Auth0](/org/auth0), he spent more than a decade at Microsoft, leading product management and engineering teams that provided architecture guidance and services that increased developer joy. He has also co-authored several books on cloud computing and identity management.

Eugenio holds a master’s degree in computer science and a degree in electrical engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. He lives in Redmond, Washington with his wife, two sons, and their labrador retriever. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, rowing, riding bikes, spending time with his family, restoring his 1970 Karmann Ghia, writing his blog, and reading history and philosophy.

As Okta’s SVP, Chief Information Officer, Alvina Antar is responsible for enabling a seamless employee and customer experience. She most recently spent six years as Zuora’s first ever CIO enabling business growth from $30M to $300M in revenue including a successful IPO in 2018. She built Zuora’s IT department ground-up into the modern-day Business Technology organization for subscription businesses. Prior to Zuora, Antar spent 17 years at Dell focused on Digital Transformation, Global Delivery and M&A. The combination of Fortune 50 and high-growth start-up experience provides Antar with an intangible perspective on agility required to scale while maintaining operational efficiencies.

Antar founded the Silicon Valley CIO Women’s Network that brings together Bay Area’s leading CIOs sharing diverse perspectives, knowledge, challenges and experiences in a supportive atmosphere. She is also on the board of BUILD, a nonprofit dedicated to igniting the potential of our youth in under-resourced communities through experiential learning and entrepreneurship. Antar and her husband live in Menlo Park and have three children, twin 11 year old boys and a 7 year old girl. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Smita Sanadhya is the VP of Corporate FP&A at [Okta](/org/okta). Smita has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, having served in leadership roles at HP and Microsoft. Smita has also worked as a financial analyst at Old Navy and Fox Filmed Entertainment.

Before she joined Blockbuster, she held domestic and international executive positions during a 15-year career at IBM. Ms. Archambeau has served on the board of Nordstrom, Inc. since 2015, been a director of Verizon, Inc. since December 2013, served on the on the board of Roper Technologies since April 2018, and in the past five years, she has served on the board of Arbitron, Inc.

Bradbury has built an international reputation for leading security teams and delivering solutions at scale. Additionally, a significant amount of Bradbury’s career has been spent in security at some of the world’s largest banks, including [ABN AMRO](/org/abn-amro), [Barclays](/org/barclays), [Morgan Stanley](/org/morgan-stanley), and the [Commonwealth Bank of Australia](/org/commonwealth-bank-of-australia). Bradbury joins [Okta](/org/okta) as the company sees continued demand for its cloud-based identity platform to drive remote work, enable digital business, and combat an increasingly evolving threat landscape.
