With a career that spans various leadership roles, Avinash has contributed to organizations such as Ola Electric, ByteDance, OYO, and Recruit Group, bringing expertise in human resources, talent acquisition, and program management. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, with a PGDHRM, Avinash also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jiwaji University, demonstrating a solid foundation in business and human resource management.
