Christos Kyrou

Christos Kyrou currently serves as the Chief Research and Product Officer at Olaplex Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Christos worked at Mana Products from May 2019 to October 2023 as Senior Vice President of Research and Development, overseeing a team of 60 scientists across various functions. Previous experience includes Vice President roles at Shaklee Corporation and Avon, where achievements included leading the successful launch of the Shaklee YOUTH® Skincare line and managing global R&D efforts for skincare and color cosmetics. Christos began a career in 1996 at Avon as a formulation chemist and progressively advanced through various positions, including Director of Product Development. Christos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Hartwick College.
