Caroline Marwisa is an experienced professional with a robust background in learning and leadership within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Group Head of Learning at Old Mutual Limited, Caroline has previously held significant roles at Absa Group, overseeing leadership and learning initiatives in both Retail and Business Banking and Wealth Investment Management and Insurance, as well as managing Internal Audit for Wealth Investment Management & Insurance. Caroline has also led operations and risk at STANLIB and corporate actions in asset management. A personal finance author, speaker, and coach, Caroline’s educational credentials include a degree in Organizational Leadership from the Africa Development Initiative at Absa Group Limited and a Master's degree in Commerce International Accounting from the University of Johannesburg.
