Cathy Dowell

Cathy Dowell is an experienced professional in the escrow and title industry, currently serving as VP, Escrow Branch Manager, and Escrow Officer at Old Republic Title Company since January 2015. In this role, Cathy acts as a neutral third party in residential real estate transactions, managing the disbursement of funds and the transmission of documents, and preparing settlement statements and legal documents while also serving as a liaison between real estate principals. Prior to this, Cathy worked at Stewart Title Company from 2003 to December 2014, providing support in escrow operations and customer service related to escrow closings. Cathy has a strong educational background from Clark College.
