Mark Crull

Mark Crull, CAM, is an experienced asset manager currently working with Old Town Companies since November 2025. Previously, Mark served as a community director at Weidner Apartment Homes from July 2018 to November 2025, where oversight included a mixed-use multifamily development in Woodinville, Washington, with 780 apartment homes. Mark also held the position of assistant community director prior to the promotion and started in the industry as a manager in training at Ball State University, where a role as a resident assistant was also undertaken. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality and Food Management from Ball State University, obtained in 2018.
