Angela Silvagnoli

Angela Silvagnoli is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, HR process excellence, and workforce analytics. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Olin since February 2024, Angela collaborates with site leaders to enhance employee engagement and improve HR operations. Previously, as a Senior Manager at AGCO Corporation, Angela defined a global HR process roadmap and shaped HR analytics strategies. Angela spent 17 years at LyondellBasell, holding various positions including Manager of HR Operational Excellence and overseeing the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. Angela's early career included roles in employee relations and training and development, along with formal education culminating in an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
