Kate Uriz

Kate Uriz is an accomplished sales and operations professional in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Sales at Olio since August 2025, Kate leads initiatives to enhance care coordination and improve patient outcomes through collaborative processes. Prior to this role, Kate was an Enterprise Sales Executive at MatrixCare, specializing in cloud-based EHR software, and worked as a Start-Up Advisor, focusing on building operational frameworks for early-stage companies. With a strong background at Honor, Kate held several significant positions, including Vice President of Platform Sales, where a revamped sales strategy resulted in exceeding revenue quotas, and as Head of Customer Success, achieving remarkable partner retention and organic growth. After a meaningful gap year dedicated to family, Kate is now leveraging extensive experience in sales and customer success, coupled with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Puget Sound.
