Alex Higgs

Alex Higgs is the current Chief Product Officer at OLIO. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Advisor at Howamigoing, a HR Tech startup, for just over a year. They have also worked as the Director of Product Management at JUST EAT for five and a half years.

At Howamigoing, Alex was responsible for finding user needs that were under-served by existing solutions. This allowed them to find product-market fit. At JUST EAT, Alex was responsible for shaping the Product vision and strategy, and ensuring clarity and alignment across the wider business. This included creating the longer term roadmap of "strategic bets" that they believed would deliver on the company's strategy, and setting quarterly strategic objectives.

Alex Higgs has a BSc in Management Science from Swansea University and an International Financial Management from Barcelona Business School.

Alex Higgs works with Fabian Diaz - Chief Technology Officer, Iona Carter - Chief Brand Officer, and Paolo Riozzi - Head of Product Design. Alex Higgs reports to Tessa Clarke, Co-Founder & CEO.
