Lindsey Naylor is a Partner at Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm. Lindsey has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, working with some of the world's largest banks on a variety of remediation and transformation projects.

Ms. Naylor began their career at Oliver Wyman in 2005 as a Consultant. In their early years with the firm, they worked on a number of large-scale remediation projects for banks in the US, UK, and Emerging Markets. In 2014, they were promoted to Partner and took on responsibility for leading a number of strategic initiatives for Oliver Wyman's financial services clients.

Some of Ms. Naylor's most notable projects include running a legal entity and booking model review for a global bank, setting up and leading a Market Risk Remediation PMO for a large UK bank, and conducting a MiFID II Strategic Review for a global investment bank.

In addition to their consulting work, Ms. Naylor is Executive Sponsor of the Women of Oliver Wyman (WOW) in London. Under their leadership, WOW has grown to become one of the firm's largest and most active employee resource groups.

Lindsey Naylor has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
