Keith Thompson

Keith Thompson is a seasoned construction executive with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Construction and Facilities at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc., they have previously held significant roles, including Director of Construction at Dollar Tree Stores, and Senior Project Manager at TEEL Construction, where they oversaw numerous projects for ALDI Foods. Keith also served as the Vice President of Construction at First Commercial Realty & Development and owned a commercial carpentry company, Matrix Commercial Carpentry Inc. They earned a B.S. in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University.
