Jacques Ang Houle

Jacques Ang Houle is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in research and development, quality assurance, and product development. Currently serving as an R&D Project Manager at Olymel since August 2017, Jacques previously worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Foodservice R&D Scientist and at Trans-Herbe as a Product Development Specialist. Earlier roles include Quality Assurance Analyst at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., HACCP Coordinator at Aliments Rose Hill Foods, and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Meds and Food for Kids. Jacques holds an undergraduate degree in Food Chemistry from McGill University’s Macdonald Campus and a DEC in Sciences, Lettres et Arts from Cégep de Rimouski.
