Anna Maria Mancini has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and human resources fields. Currently serving as a Guest Experience Ambassador and previously a Front Desk Coordinator at OMERS since April 2009, Anna Maria has cultivated a strong background in guest relations. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Associate and Acting Manager, as well as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Progressive Moulded Products Limited from January 1998 to December 2008. Anna Maria holds a degree in Human Resources from Humber College.
