Keisha Whitehall Wolfe

Keisha Whitehall Wolfe serves as Associate General Counsel at OneMain Financial since March 2025, providing strategic counsel on auto lending and consumer finance initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, Keisha held the position of Counsel in Financial & Fintech Advisory at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from February 2023 to March 2025 and at Buckley LLP from February 2022 to February 2023, alongside counsel roles at Miles & Stockbridge P.C., Mayer Brown, and K&L Gates, focusing on licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters for financial institutions. Prior experience includes serving as Acting Deputy Commissioner at the Maryland Office of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation from October 2006 to October 2015. Keisha holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
