Justin Gouka

Justin Gouka is currently employed at Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland as a vergunningverlener bouw since May 2022. Prior experience includes work as a werkvoorbereider kabels en leidingen at Heijmans Infrastructuur B.V. from October 2020 to May 2022, and a role as a Vakkenvuller at Nettorama from October 2004 to November 2020. Justin completed two thesis projects with Gemeente Rijswijk and Gemeente Utrecht, focusing on the revitalization of vacant commercial properties and the effects of sustainable building on spatial quality, respectively. Additional experience includes internships and technical positions, such as a Stagiair onderzoek at LBP|SIGHT, a CAD-atelier role with Gemeente Utrecht, and a Technisch Tekenaar position at Van den Berg Infrastructuren bv. Educational qualifications comprise a degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and an MBO in Vormgeving, Design en Architectuur from ROC ASA.
