Wendy van Zuilen

Wendy van Zuilen is an accomplished legal advisor with extensive experience in enforcement and spatial planning across multiple municipalities. Currently serving as a legal advisor for enforcement at Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland since April 2023, Wendy supports seven municipalities in building and zoning issues. Previous roles include legal advisor for enforcement at Gemeente Veenendaal, where responsibilities included overseeing building compliance and providing guidance to enforcement officers, and a long tenure at Gemeente Papendrecht with various legal advisory positions focused on permitting and enforcement, including drug-related cases. Wendy has also contributed to advisory roles in other municipalities, focusing on legal compliance and procedural representations. Wendy holds a degree from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg and has pursued additional education to enhance professional expertise.
