Virad Gupta joined Omnicell in April 2020. As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Gupta is responsible for all engineering functions to manage the development of technology for Omnicell products and services. These include all software applications, the cloud platform, robotics and automation systems. He has a strong background in building systems and enterprise-grade software platform and applications. Prior to joining Omnicell, Mr. Gupta held several senior engineering management positions at Oracle, GE Digital (Oil and Gas), AT&T Bell Labs/Octel, and Hughes Software Systems. He has an MSc (Tech) Computer Science degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani in India.

Jeff Schlossnagle joined Omnicell in January 2005. As Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Jeff has overall responsibility for Omnicell’s North American Sales Bookings and Revenue, overseeing Sales, Professional Services, Specialty Pharmacy, and Consumables. Jeff applies his leadership experience from roles including leading sales organizations and global Marketing. He spearheaded efforts in establishing long-term customer partnerships, including initiatives related to the entire customer journey. Prior to joining Omnicell, Jeff gained commercial experience in both the pharmaceutical and financial industries. He holds a BA in Political Science from Elon University.

Vicki MacDevitt joined Omnicell in October 2004 and has served as Chief of Staff since July 2017. In addition to acting as ambassador to the CEO and chief liaison, Ms. MacDevitt is responsible for optimizing the daily operations of the Office of the CEO and executive team, and facilitating cross-functional communications. Prior to Omnicell, Ms. MacDevitt partnered with C-level executives for 15 years at Sun Microsystems, a computer systems and software company. Rob Seim is the Director at [Omnicell](/org/omnicell). Rob has over twenty years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), they were the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Candera from January 2001 to December 2004. Rob also served as the Vice President of Finance at Nortel Networks from August 1998 to September 1999. In 2005, they were the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Mirra. From October 1999 to February 2001, they were the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Villa Montage Systems. Rob began their career in finance at [Bay Networks](/org/bay-networks) where they were the Vice President and Corporate Controller from January 1996 to August 1998. Rob then spent thirteen years at IBM in various management positions from January 1982 to December 1995.

Daniel Sanchez joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in July 2007 and is responsible for the success and growth of [Omnicell](/org/omnicell)’s Population Health Solutions business unit. Mr. Sanchez has held a variety of Sr. leadership positions within Sales and Operations, primarily focused on the non-acute and medication adherence businesses. Prior to joining [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), he worked for the Medical Automation Division of Mckesson Inc. Christine Mellon joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in February 2021. As Chief People Officer she is responsible for leading HR functions, employee environments, and internal communications, including talent management, employee culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, global rewards, business partnering, and real estate. Ms. Mellon has over 25 years of human resources, organizational, and cultural transformation leadership as well as sales and operations leadership experience. Prior to joining [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) she was Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with CSG, where she transformed HR into a valued strategic asset and led culture change efforts. Before that she served as Vice President, Human Capital Management with Oracle where she consulted with North American CHRO clients, providing human capital strategic support, thought leadership and HR technology guidance. Ms. Mellon has also served in HR leadership roles for Echostar and [Cigna](/org/cigna-corporation), among others. Joe Spears joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in May 2012 as Vice President of Corporate Finance and soon took on the Corporate Controllership functions within the company. In late 2017, Mr. Spears assumed the role of Chief Accounting Officer—in which he leads the company’s Accounting, Tax, External Reporting, Corporate FP&A, and Travel activities. Prior to joining [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), he served as Senior Director of Corporate Accounting Operations at [eBay](/org/ebay) for eight years and was instrumental in building a global accounting organization to support [eBay](/org/ebay)’s rapid growth. Mr. Spears previously held senior financial and accounting positions at IBM, [Bay Networks](/org/bay-networks), and Nortel Networks. He holds a BA in Business Administration from [San Jose State University](/org/san-jose-state-university) and is a past board member for the National Association of Black Accountants.

David Vanella joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in January 2016 and is responsible for developing and implementing quality and product regulatory strategies and for ensuring customer quality. Prior to [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), Mr. Vanella served as Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs for [Fresenius Medical Care](/org/fresenius-medical-care), a renal care products and services provider, and for Renal Solutions, a developer and manufacturer of home-based kidney dialysis products. Earlier in his career, he held several positions at Philips Respironics. Mr. Vanella holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA from [Duquesne University](/org/duquesne-university). He has served on the Board of Directors of the [National Kidney Foundation](/org/national-kidney-foundation) since 2010.

Bruce E. Scott has served as a Director of [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) since May 2019. His distinguished career in pharmacy culminated with him receiving the 2019 Harvey A.K. Whitney Lecture Award—widely recognized as health-system pharmacy’s highest honor. From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Scott served as President of the EnvisionPharmacies division of EnvisionRxOptions, a healthcare and pharmacy benefit management company and a subsidiary of Rite Aid Corporation. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Scott held various executive roles at Medco Health Solutions, Inc., a pharmacy benefit management company, including President of Accredo Infusion Services, President of Critical Care Systems, and Senior Vice President and Chief Pharmacist. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Scott was Chief Operating Officer of McKesson Medication Management LLC, a provider of pharmacy management services. Previously, he held several senior leadership roles at Allina Hospitals and Clinics, including Director of Pharmacy of United Hospital from 1987 to 1998. Mr. Scott received a BS in pharmacy from the [University of Wisconsin](/org/university-of-wisconsin-madison) and an MS in pharmacy administration from the [University of Kansas](/org/university-of-kansas), where he also completed a pharmacy residency program.

Peter Kuipers joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in August 2015. Mr. Kuipers had served as CFO at Quantcast Corporation, a world leader in applying the power of big data and analytics to digital audience measurement and advertising. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and CFO at The Weather Company (TWC), operating [The Weather Channel](/org/the-weather-channel-llc), weather.com, wunderground.com and its professional services division WSI. Earlier, Mr. Kuipers served in senior financial leadership roles at [Yahoo!](/org/yahoo), Altera Corporation, General Electric Company, and Akzo Nobel. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in the Netherlands.

Scott Seidelmann joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in April 2018. Prior to joining [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), Mr. Seidelmann was the founder and CEO of Candescent Health, a cloud-based radiology workflow and analytics provider. He was previously co-founder and CEO of Radisphere Inc., one of the largest radiology practices in the U.S., which leveraged technology and analytics to transform the radiology care delivery model to improve quality and lower costs. Earlier in his career, Mr. Seidelmann held positions with Merrill Lynch and Ericsson Venture Partners, a technology venture capital firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from [Cornell University](/org/cornell-university).

Randall Lipps is Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer, and founder of [Omnicell](/org/omnicell). Under his leadership, [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) has grown from offering a single product to delivering the most comprehensive portfolio of medication management solutions across the continuum of care. The company is now building on its success in advanced automation, data intelligence, and expert services to fulfill its vision of the Autonomous Pharmacy.

Mr. Lipps founded [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in 1992 after observing how inefficiently medical supplies were managed when his daughter was hospitalized at birth. Inspired by his work in airline industry operations and logistics, he sought to enable better management of supplies and medications in order to improve patient care.

Omnicell became a publicly traded company in August 2001, and today the company’s award-winning solutions are used in over 5,000 hospitals throughout the world and in over 40,000 institutional and retail pharmacies. [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) has been recognized as one of the top 150 Silicon Valley companies, as measured by market capitalization, by the San Jose Mercury News.

In 2014 Mr. Lipps was elected to the Bellwether League Hall of Fame. The Bellwether League is an industry organization that honors healthcare supply chain innovators, pioneers, and visionaries.

Mr. Lipps has made giving back to the community a priority at [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), and the company has contributed funds and other assistance in response to natural disasters and to support other causes such as Mercy Ships, which delivers free healthcare to some of the poorest people in the world. Mr. Lipps and his wife, Kathy, have focused their own philanthropy on poverty, nursing and public education, pharmacy research, youth groups, and local community efforts.

Throughout his [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) career, Mr. Lipps has remained involved in healthcare industry organizations. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Nurses Foundation. He previously served on the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Nursing Board of Overseers and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Foundation Board of Directors.

A longtime supporter of start-up enterprises, Mr. Lipps is on the Advisory Board of Launchpad Digital Health, an early stage investor and mentor in digital health, and RexPay, a company focused on simplifying medical bill payment. He previously served on the boards of Invuity and Candescent Health.

Mr. Lipps holds bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Pat Carroll joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in June 2021. As Vice President, Total Rewards, Mr. Carroll sets the vision for [Omnicell](/org/omnicell)’s Total Rewards strategy and leads the design and execution of the company’s global compensation, equity, recognition, benefits, and wellness programs. He offers over 25 years of Total Rewards experience, most recently as Senior Vice President, Total Rewards with [McKesson](/org/mckesson), where he oversaw the strategy, design, and implementation for compensation, benefits, retirement programs, and HR mergers and acquisitions for over 60,000 employees. Prior to [McKesson](/org/mckesson), Mr. Carroll held the lead Total Rewards role with [Western Digital](/org/western-digital), NCR, and Celanese Chemical. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Edward Bousa has served as a Director of [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) since July 2021. As a global equity investor with [Wellington Management](/org/wellington-management-company-llp), Mr. Bousa has had extensive interactions with several thousand company management teams. More recently, he was an early adopter of ESG at Wellington. He spent 37 years in the investment business, with a top decile long-term record identifying successful companies. He led the Quality Value team at Wellington where his team’s assets under management grew from $26 billion in 2002 to over $90 billion of equity assets. Mr. Bousa was lead equity manager for the Vanguard Wellington Fund balanced fund, the oldest balance fund in the U.S. Prior to joining Wellington, Mr. Bousa was a mutual fund manager at [Putnam Investments](/org/putnam-investments) from 1992-2000 and was an equity research analyst and portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments from 1983-1992. He began his career as a commodity merchandiser at Louis Dreyfus Corporation from 1980-1982. Mr. Bousa is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of [Williams College](/org/williams-college), with a BA in Economics (1980) and [Harvard Business School](/org/harvard-business-school) (1984).

Kathleen Nemeth joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in October 2020. Ms. Nemeth, who leads [Omnicell](/org/omnicell)’s Investor Relations (IR) strategy and functions, works closely with the investment community and serves as an advisor to the Executive Leadership team. She has spent over 20 years leading best-in-class Investor Relations programs. Prior to [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) Ms. Nemeth was Corporate Vice President Investor Relations with [Juniper Networks](/org/juniper-networks), where she was instrumental in earning Juniper recognition as “Most Improved Company – IR” from Institutional Investor Magazine. Previously, she was the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at [Lam Research](/org/lam-research), where she created targeted shareholder and media campaigns that improved sell-side coverage and diversified the shareholder base. Ms. Nemeth studied at [San Francisco State University](/org/san-francisco-state-university) and has been recognized by IR Magazine and Institutional Investor Magazine for achievements in IR.

Roxanne Turner joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in February 2019. Ms. Turner leads [Omnicell](/org/omnicell)’s Ethics & Compliance, Privacy, Risk Management, Business Continuity, EHS, and Corporate Social Responsibility functions, and is driving our environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy. Prior to joining [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), she held corporate positions as a compliance and privacy professional in manufacturing, retail, and managed care industries. Ms. Turner is an attorney and is admitted to practice in good standing in both Pennsylvania and New York. Ms. Turner received a B.I.D. (Industrial Design) from Pratt Institute, a JD from American University – Washington College of Law, and an MS in Leadership and Business Ethics from [Duquesne University](/org/duquesne-university).

Corey Manley joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in April 2021. AsCLO he sets the vision for [Omnicell](/org/omnicell)’s global legal strategy, leads the execution of day-to-day operations of our Legal Department, and manages the company’s legal risk. Mr. Manley has nearly 20 years of experience as a trusted legal and business advisor to industry-leading global technology and healthcare technology companies. Prior to [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), he was Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer with a global fintech company. Mr. Manley was also a Partner in the law firms of [Kirkland & Ellis](/org/kirkland-ellis-llp) and [Duane Morris](/org/duane-morris). Before attending law school, he was an engineer at [Motorola](/org/motorola). Mr. Manley holds a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from [Purdue University](/org/purdue-university).

Mary. Garrett is an experienced Board Director, Advisor, and C-Suite Executive who offers vast experience in global marketing, technology, and digital transformation to the [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) board. She is a certified coach, mentor, and trusted advisor with public and non-profit board experience.

Ms. Garrett was the Chief Marketing Officer, Global Markets, for IBM Corporation, holding other key company positions including Vice President of Marketing Global Technology Services; P&L owner for the $6B Small and Medium Business for Global Technology Services; and Vice President of Cloud Solutions marketing. She led teams across the software and services portfolios in 170 markets around the world. As the President of M.Power Coaching and Consulting, LLC, Ms. Garrett focuses on developing executive leaders and helping organizations align brand and culture, customer experience, and employee engagement for positive impact on business vitality and growth.

Ms. Garrett also serves as a non-executive director of PROCEPT, a bio robotics company where she chairs the nominating and governance committee. She previously served on the board, audit committee, and as nominating and governance chair of Hillrom Corporation, a global medical technology company, acquired by Baxter corporation. She is the chair for the Danbury Hospital board, part of the Nuvance health system, where she also serves on the system’s strategic planning committee.

Ms. Ritsky-Lamb oversees all North America Commercial Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis activities. She is also responsible for Business Development financial analysis and SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process management/financial analysis. Prior to joining [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), Ms. Ritsky-Lamb provided financial business partnering support for the top Corporate Accounts at [Thermo Fisher Scientific](/org/thermo-fisher-scientific). She also spent over 13 years at [Cardinal Health](/org/cardinal-health), growing her career through multiple Finance and Accounting roles. Denise Cox joined [Omnicell](/org/omnicell) in February 2020 as Chief Customer Officer, North America with over 25 years of high-tech customer experience leadership. In her most recent position as [Cisco](/org/cisco)’s Vice President of the Americas Customer Experience (CX) Centers, Ms. Cox led over 3000+ individuals in the delivery of effortless support, architecture, and implementation services. Prior to [Cisco](/org/cisco), she spent over a decade at [NetApp](/org/netapp) in a variety customer-facing roles including Professional Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success during the company’s growth from a $750 million to over $3 billion organization. At [Omnicell](/org/omnicell), she will drive all aspects of creating, building, launching, and scaling [Omnicell](/org/omnicell)’s Customer Success organization. Ms. Cox is a frequent speaker at Women in Technology events. She has an MS in Information Technology and a BA in Communication.

Minoo Mortazavi joined Omnicell in September 2020. As Senior Vice President, Chief Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Officer, she provides strategic and operating leadership over Omnicell’s end-to-end supply chain, including Manufacturing, Strategic Procurement, Quality Engineering, and Planning. Ms. Mortazavi has over 30 years of supply chain and operations leadership experience. She spent 12 years at Infinera, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Operations. Earlier, as Senior Vice President of Systems Manufacturing and Global Materials, she led strategies to create and enhance scalability, optimization, and supply assurance throughout the product life cycle. Prior to Infinera, she held various vice president positions with JDSU and Solectron. Ms. Mortazavi holds both a bachelor’s degree and MBA from California State University, Long Beach. She obtained a Materials Management & Purchasing Certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles.
