Maureen Lowman

Maureen Lowman, MSIS, PMP, currently serves as Managing Director of the Global Project Management Office at Omnicom Media Group, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Maureen was Director of PMO for Brand Strategy, Marketing Ops & Creative at Grubhub, where responsibilities included building and managing a PMO and developing operational excellence frameworks. During a tenure at Sema4 as Director of PMO & ITOps, Maureen successfully transformed a startup PMO into a corporate EPMO and led multimillion-dollar projects. Maureen's extensive experience also includes roles at Digital & Technology Portfolio Management, Oxford University Press, HBO, Data & Marketing Association, and United Parcel Service, Inc., focusing on project management, digital transformation, and marketing technology. Maureen holds multiple master's degrees in Information Systems, Technology Management, and Market Research from Marist University and Hunter College, as well as a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Penn State University.
