Aline Ferreira has a diverse work experience in various roles. Aline started their career in 2019 at Sutherland as a Sales & Support Business Consultant, where they provided technical support to customers and handled commercial sales. Aline also played a role in improving customer satisfaction and business performance. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Américas BPS. In 2021, Aline worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Teleperformance and then transitioned to Twilio as a Product Operations Specialist, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Product Specialist at OMNICOMMANDER.
Aline Ferreira pursued their education in a chronological manner, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2014 to 2018. Aline then went on to achieve a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Digital Business from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed between 2020 and 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Aline Ferreira also obtained the Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot in September 2020.
