Emma Worthey

Emma W. is a dedicated environmental scientist with extensive experience in project management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Project Scientist/Regulatory Specialist at OMS Group, LLC, since March 2023, Emma conducts environmental constraints reviews and field studies to support water media permitting and environmental monitoring programs. Previously at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from March 2021 to March 2023, responsibilities included conducting nesting bird surveys, performing environmental constraint analyses using ArcGIS, and leading desktop analysts in environmental compliance efforts. Emma's background also includes roles at Gulf South Research Corporation as a Biological Monitor, where supervision of habitat restoration projects took place, and earlier positions in laboratory and retail management. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where significant fieldwork and research contributions were made.
