William Ross DiFruscio

William Ross DiFruscio has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an English Teacher at Gloria English Schools in 2015. In 2009, they were Self Employed as a Personal Trainer and Coach. In 2016, they were a Front End Developer at Craft + Keen, responsible for Front-End web development using HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Gulp, as well as Backend development utilizing PHP, MySQL. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Senior Full Stack Developer, Intermediate Full Stack Developer and Full Stack Developer at Crowdlinker, leading development of Web and Mobile applications, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers, and participating in agile planning. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Senior Software Developer at KPMG Canada and Ignition Tax, and in 2021 they began their current role as Director of Technology at Omstars and Software Developer at Will Ross Consulting, developing software solutions for a myriad of medium to large sized companies and select small businesses, as well as consulting for Digital Transformation of existing products, services and legacy applications.

William Ross DiFruscio attended University of Guelph from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a BSc in Kinesiology. During this time, they also attended Humber College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. In 2015 to 2016, they attended National Central University to study Mandarin Chinese. In 2017 to 2018, they attended The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University to study Computer Programming, Specific Applications. In 2016, they attended Juno College of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a First Aid certification.
