Woody Van Horn

Woody Van Horn is the current COO and CMS Certified Sommelier at OMvino. Prior to this, Woody was with The Workshop Series, Consciously Planted, and OMvino LLC. Woody has also been a part of Gusto, monday.com, Trainual, and Eaze. Woody was also an Advisory Board Member for SommCon from June 2016 to December 2019.

Woody Van Horn's educational career includes attending The Culinary Institute of America for Culinary Arts Management, and they are currently a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management Candidate at Cornell University Graduate School. Woody also has a Wine & Beverage Graduate Certificate from The Culinary Institute of America, and is a certified sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers. Additionally, they have certifications in wine and spirits from The Society of Wine Educators, interpener from The Trichome Institute, and Business Opportunities in The Wine Industry from San Diego State University.

Woody Van Horn reports to Matt Montrose, CEO, CMS Advanced Sommelier. They work with Gemma Zoë Price - Director of Public Relations, Jennifer Estevez - Owner & Founder, and Morgan Harris - Director of Branding & Marketing, Master Sommelier.
