James L. Brill is the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer at ASGN. James has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer for three companies.

Brill began their career in 1988 as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Merisel, Inc. James remained in that role for 10 years, until the company was acquired by Vertel Corporation in 1998. Brill then served as the Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer for Vertel Corporation until 1999, when they took on the same role at JAFRA Cosmetics International.

In January 2004, Brill became a Board Member for Onvia, a company that tracks procurement activities of federal, state, education and local governments. James served as the Audit Committee Chairman and remained with Onvia until it was sold to Deltek, Inc. in December 2017.

Most recently, Brill has been with ASGN since 2018. In their role as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer, they are responsible for ASGN’s finance, accounting, tax, treasury, real estate, facilities, corporate development and information technology functions.

James L. Brill received a BS from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
