Abhilash Shah

Abhilash Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Abhilash started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Barclays Investment Bank, where they conducted business analysis and acted as a scrum master. Abhilash then moved to BlueConch Technologies, serving as a Project Lead and later as a Program/Product Manager at their UST Global Portfolio Company. During their time at BlueConch Technologies, Abhilash worked closely with the business to gather requirements, led multiple projects, and assessed product opportunities for growth and innovation.

Abhilash also worked as a Technical Product Owner at bet365, where they led the relationship with the Product Manager and sought further business opportunities. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer Contract at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking, where they worked closely with Product Management to define stories and manage software development in an onshore-offshore setting.

Abhilash started their career at Persistent Systems, where they served as Team Lead, Module Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Throughout these roles, they worked closely with the business to gather and analyze requirements, managed teams of developers and QA, and was responsible for the development and delivery of multiple modules.

Currently, Abhilash is working as a Product Manager at On the Beach, where they are responsible for product management.

Abhilash Shah has an Executive MBA in Product Management from the Institute of Product Leadership. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur. In addition to their formal education, Abhilash Shah has obtained various certifications including Learning Confluence from LinkedIn, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and Certified SAFe 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and knowledge in various fields.
