L. Lisa Ge

Medical Director at The Oncology Institute

Dr. Lisa Ge is board certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine, with over 15 years of oncology practice experience. She completed her residency with Lenox Hill Hospital Internal Medicine program, a major teaching facility of New York University Medical Center in New York City. She then completed a Hematology & Oncology Fellowship at State University of New York Stony Brook University Hospital on Long Island, NY. Dr. Ge also pursued and concluded Master’s program in molecular and cell biology at SUNY Stony Brook. Prior to joining Women’s Cancer Care, Dr. Ge worked for University of Minnesota Cancer Care for more than 10 years. She was the founding oncologist in building the Community Oncology Service Line from its infancy to five locations in the greater Twin Cities area. She was also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine and served on several committees.
