Smidts B. has worked in the logistics field since 2013. They began their career as a Logistics Technician at GSK, followed by a Logistics Internship. In 2018, they joined Godiva Chocolatier as Demand & Delivery Manager, managing and supporting a team responsible for gathering clients orders and forecasts, detailed analyses, demand analysis, planning and control, production availability checks, container planning and optimization, picking instructions, organize deliveries in case of delays, copacking activities, customer contact and claim management, optimize transportation, stock control, excess and obsolete management, tracking and approval of transportation and warehousing costs, and crisis management. In 2021, they moved to Neuhaus as a Co-Pack Planner, and in 2022, they became an Operations Manager at Oncomfort.

Smidts B. obtained a CESS from INDBE in 2010, followed by a Bachelor of Logistics and Transports from HELHa - Haute École Louvain en Hainaut in 2013. Smidts is currently attending UMONS for a Gestion cours du soir. Smidts also holds the ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation from APMG International, obtained in September 2022, as well as an Animateur certification from the Communauté francaise, obtained in March 2008.
