Joy specializes in client delivery in our Boston office. Prior to OnCorps, Joy was a co-founder of Sagence, a leading data science consultancy. Joy holds a bachelor's, Phi Beta Kappa, from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.



Joy Masterson Weir

Brian is a senior vice president of software operations based on our Boston office. He is responsible for leading processes and operations of our software engineering group. Prior to OnCorps, Brian was a vice president of engineering at both Tremor and Tenizen technologies, both cloud B2B startups. He was also a senior development manager at Staples, a manager of technology at Disney Online, and a development manager at Earthlink. Brian holds a joint bachelor's degree in computer science and philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar.



Brian Eck

Mark leads our Engineering Operations group in our Bristol office. He has 20 years experience in developing digital materials. Prior to OnCorps, he was a co-founder and technical director of Hyperlaunch New Media. He has worked with global brands including: Warner Bros, Samsung, Universal Music, PlayStation, Oxfam, Audi, Sky and Philips.



Mark Birch

Paul is a senior vice president in our Boston office. He focuses on algorithms and solutions in the asset management industry. Prior to OnCorps, he was a technology consulting manager at Accenture responsible for delivery of ERP implementations, upgrades, and merger integrations. He holds a bachelor's in mechanical engineering and a master's in mechanical engineering and engineering management from Cornell University.



Paul Bader

Dave is an executive vice president leading our Strategy and Delivery groups. Dave brings deep financial services and marketing & sales expertise to OnCorps most recently as a vice president of strategy at Fidelity Investments. Prior to Fidelity, Dave was an associate partner in the financial institutions and marketing & sales practices at McKinsey & Company. Dave has also been a co-founder and COO of an MIT enterprise software startup and a private equity investor at GTCR in Chicago. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.



DaveDeMasi

Bob is the founder and CEO of OnCorps. He has published artificial intelligence and behavioral economics articles in Harvard Business Review and the Financial Times. Prior to OnCorps, Bob was the chief technology strategist at Accenture and chief strategy officer for the firm's technology division. He was named by Consulting Magazine to the Top 25 Consultants list. Bob was also a group president of Perot Systems, where he helped take the company public. Bob received his master's, concentration in economics and quantitative analysis, from Harvard University's Kennedy School, where he was class advisor and research assistant to the 2005 Nobel Laureate in economics. He received his bachelor's from the University of Southern California.

Julia Carstens

‍‍‍‍Jay was the chairman and chief executive officer of [State Street](/org/state-street) between 2010 and 2019. He serves as a director of Exxon Mobil and Aptiv PLC.

Jay Hooley

‍‍Evan is a member of the Guggenheim Growth investment team. He has extensive experience investing in and advising early stage startups. Evan holds a bachelor's degree from [Harvard University](/org/harvard).

Evan Cummings

Susan is OnCorps' chief financial officer. She has responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting and planning, HR and operations. Prior to joining OnCorps, Susan was CFO of Veracode (acquired by CA for $614 million) and MineralTree. Susan holds an MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.



Susan Ledoux

Ken is the company's chief information security officer. He oversees OnCorps' ISO 27001 certifications and manages overall risk processes. Prior to OnCorps, Ken was CISO at Emburse and Chrome River Technologies. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's and master's in mechanics and materials science from Johns Hopkins University.



Kenneth Leeser

‍For nearly a decade, Joe was the EVP and CFO of MFS Investment Management, with over $448 billion in assets under management. He also serves as president of the BNY Charitable Gift Fund.



Joe Dello Russo

‍Jack is a former EVP and executive committee member of State Street. Prior to State Street, Jack was a vice chairman of BNY Mellon. He is an active venture capitalist and advisor to Fintech companies globally.



Jack Klinck

Drew is a vice president of data science in our Boston office. He specializes in forecasting and sales algorithms. Prior to OnCorps, he was a research analyst with McKinsey & Company responsible for developing statistical and economic models in R. He holds a master's in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's in international economics from Georgetown University.



Drew Arnold

Peter is an executive vice president and chief technology officer, leading our product and platform engineering groups. Prior to OnCorps, he was a senior manager specializing in product lifecycle management systems. He was also a product design leader with Pragmax and software engineer at Keybase. He was a research associate at the University of Bristol where he received his bachelor's in mathematics and physics, masters in physics and Ph.D. in physics from the University of Bristol.
