Jennifer Janzen is the current Vice President of Human Resources at OnCourse Learning. Jennifer has been in this role since September 2019 and reports directly to the CEO. Janzen has extensive experience in Human Resources, having served as the Global Human Resources Director at ASQ from 1991-2015 and as the Vice President of Human Resources at OnCourse Learning from 2015-2019. In their previous role at ASQ, they were responsible for managing the HR function for a global organization with over 3,000 employees. During their time at OnCourse Learning, they grew the employee population from 460 to 550 in 18 months while innovating to respond to the global pandemic and its impact on workforces everywhere.

Prior to their career in Human Resources, Janzen worked as an office manager and bookkeeper at Country Maid, Inc. from 1990-1991. Jennifer has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jennifer Janzen started their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Jennifer then went on to obtain a Biology/Biological Sciences, General degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Jennifer Janzen has also obtained certification from SHRM in SHRM-SCP and from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
