Amy Veronneau, RN, CPHQ, currently serves as the Director of Medicare Population Health Programs at One Medical, having started with the organization in 2017 following its acquisition of Iora Health. In this role, Amy leads population health strategy and has successfully exceeded quality performance goals in both 2022 and 2023. Prior to this position, Amy was the Senior Manager of Clinical Performance and Strategy, where responsibilities included leading quality initiatives and enhancing patient outcomes across nine markets. During a previous tenure at Iora Health, Amy developed a Disease Management program that significantly improved patient health metrics. With experience in various roles, including Director of Quality Solutions at Healthgrades and Data Quality Manager at Presbyterian St Lukes, Amy has a strong background in clinical performance, nursing informatics, and healthcare solutions. Amy holds a B.S. in Dietetics from The Ohio State University and an RN from UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing.
