Prior roles include Senior Improvement Advisor at UCSF Medical Center, where innovative processes were implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic, and various strategic positions at Kaiser Permanente and Vizient, Inc., showcasing a strong background in project management and operational excellence. Pei-Lin holds an MBA with Honors in Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
