Alex Arundale

Alex Arundale is the current Chief People Officer at Advanced. Prior to this role, Alex served as the Director of HR Operations for CDK Global (International), where they oversaw HR for the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and South Africa. Before CDK Global, Alex was the HR Director for ADP Dealer Services and the Group HR Manager for Rocom. In the early 2000s, Alex worked as the HR Manager for Global Crossing (UK) Telecommunications and Orbis Plc.

Alex Arundale has completed a postgraduate diploma in human resources management from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Alex also holds a BA Economics (Hons) 2:1 from the University of Sunderland. Alex is certified from Best Companies in Best Companies 3 star Accredited Manager and CIPD in FCIPD.
