Kelly Held

Kelly Held has been working in the incentive solutions industry for over 20 years. Kelly started their career as a director of technology at BCD Travel in 1999. Kelly then moved to Incentive Solutions in 2004, where they worked as a consultant for three years. In 2007, they joined AgentWare Inc. as a consultant. Kelly remained with the company until December 2012, when they were appointed Chief Information Officer at Incentive Solutions.

Kelly Held has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Georgia. Kelly is certified by Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), by Oracle as an Oracle 8 Certified Professional, by Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), by (ISC)² as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and by Cisco Systems France as a CCNA.

They are on a team with Mandy Freeman - VP, Account Management, Deven Crane - Director, Travel Services, and Marisa Owens - Executive Assistant. Kelly Held reports to Mark Herbert, President & CEO.
