Melanie Burkhart

Melanie Burkhart is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development and instruction. Currently serving as an OD Specialist at Oneida Nation since September 2019, Melanie previously held the position of OD Specialist II at the Oneida Tribe of Indians of WI from December 2002 to September 2015. In addition, Melanie has been an instructor at Falmouth Institute since January 2012, focusing on leadership, communication, conflict resolution, human resource management, and professional excellence. From September 2015 to September 2019, Melanie owned Dan & Mel's Lodge LLC, a resort and bar in Wisconsin. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Communications from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
