Phil Weisberg is the EVP, Strategic Planning & Partnerships at oneZero. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director, Global Head of Foreign Exchange, Rates and Credit at Thomson Reuters where they were a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Phil was accountable for $1B+ Foreign Exchange, Rates and Credit Revenue.

At Thomson Reuters, Phil successfully turned around the FX, Rates and Credit business after successfully integrating FXall by modernizing their product portfolio into one single, powerful, consolidated offering that combined data and analytics, order management workflow and trusted execution capabilities for asset managers, corporate treasurer's, banks and alternative market makers.

Phil strengthened and built out the talent roster and eliminated overlapping roles during integration reducing costs while also improving engagement and retention. Phil returned client usage to growth via product improvements and change from subscription to usage and consultative selling.

Phil successfully navigated the transition to a regulated OTC market with higher standards by actively shaping financial regulatory reform resulting in the earliest approval of the TR SEF by the CFTC and the #1 Position in the Dealer to Client FX SEF market share measured by Claris.

Phil collaborated with Equity Business on the strategy to deliver multi-asset Execution Management System (EMS) capabilities.

Phil Weisberg has an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.

They work with Jim Sullivan - General Counsel, Michael Uttley - EVP, Program Management, and Michael Leydon - EVP, Global Operations. Phil Weisberg reports to Andrew Ralich, Co-Founder & CEO.
