Nicole Thompson is currently the Head of Partnerships at Onna. Nicole has over seven years of experience working in various roles in the field of communications and user experience design. Nicole got their start in the hospitality industry, working as a Communications Manager for EP Business in Hospitality from 2013 to 2015. In this role, Nicole was responsible for managing all aspects of the company's communication strategy, including developing and implementing marketing plans, overseeing social media accounts, and creating content for the company website.

In 2015, Nicole decided to further their education and enrolled in a User Experience Design program at General Assembly. After completing the 10-week program, Nicole began working as an Experience Designer & Strategist at Intelligent Mobile, where they worked for over a year before joining Onna. Nicole has also participated in a leadership development program at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and completed an internship in analytical chemistry at Qteros, Inc.

Nicole Thompson has a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University and certification from Coursera in Gamification.

Nicole Thompson reports to Salim Elkhou, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Grant Smith - SVP, Worldwide Sales, Jose Lazares - Chief Product Officer, and Emoke Starr - VP, People.
