Telecommunications IoT provider Onomondo has welcomed new Customer Success Manager, Kasia Hougaard, to its team. Kasia brings unique and diverse experience from a variety of fields, though central to them all are her commitment to people, and willingness to use her skills to help others.
“I consider myself a Swiss Army Knife-kind of person, where if there’s a gap or a need then I'm the first one who's going to try and fill it,” she says. “I love to get to know what's behind a group or organization. I don't look at clients as just a number, I want to really understand how I can support them. That means using their feedback to see what I can do to make their life better, and also learning from them to make my work or my team's work more efficient.”
Kasia trained and worked as a lawyer in her home country, Poland, where she supported businesses as an advisor. She also has a BA in sociology, and worked for five years as a university lecturer as a PhD student in business law.
Kasia moved permanently to Denmark almost a decade ago following her heart. She spent more than five years with retail company Karen Millen, rising to the position of Regional Administrator for Germany and Scandinavia, and most recently served as Business Operations Manager for coffee company Scanomat.
An avid music fan, she has a background in dance that she is keen to revive, as currently it only involves dancing around the living room with her two daughters. Kasia is also a fan of all different types of music, from modern to classical, and graduated music school in Poland. She has recently got back into playing the piano after many years. She loves to cook, usually adding her own touches to recipes, and describes herself as a yoga junkie, and the “crazy one” who likes watching and reading everything – from a classical novels to a reality shows.
