Aaron Blouin

Aaron Blouin is the Director of Clinical Operations at On Target Laboratories. Aaron has been with the company since July 2016, and in their current role, they are responsible for designing and implementing Phase 1, 2 and 3 clinical studies that adhere to On Target Laboratories' scientific goals, federal regulations, and Good Clinical Practices.

Blouin has also worked to establish and maintain relationships with Academic Principal Investigators, and has provided guidance, supervision, and training for those implementing Investigator Initiated Trials. Additionally, they have developed and compiled relevant documentation for regulatory filings (IND, NDA) at the FDA and source documentation for clinical sites.

In their role, Blouin also manages the day-to-day clinical trial operations. This includes coordinating with vendors and suppliers to support clinical trial efforts through the timely resupply of drug, materials, and troubleshooting of sensitive technical equipment. Aaron also develops budgets, goals and timelines for the completion of clinical studies and assesses shortcomings to implement corrective action plans.

Aaron Blouin has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Natural Resources Law Enforcement and Protective Services from Temple University. Aaron also has a Certification from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) in Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).

Their manager is Christopher R. Barys, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Sumith A. Kularatne - Executive Vice President, Research & Development, Charlotte Hartman - Vice President, Clinical Development, and Tim Biro - Chief Operating Officer.
