Director, Clinical Operations at On Target Laboratories

Aaron Blouin is the Director of Clinical Operations at On Target Laboratories. Aaron has been with the company since July 2016, and in their current role, they are responsible for designing and implementing Phase 1, 2 and 3 clinical studies that adhere to On Target Laboratories' scientific goals, federal regulations, and Good Clinical Practices.

Aaron Blouin has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Natural Resources Law Enforcement and Protective Services from Temple University. Aaron also has a Certification from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) in Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).
