Ontario Power Generation
Harsh Doshi, EIT, currently serves as the Modification Team Leader for Plant Design at Ontario Power Generation, responsible for overseeing Station Modification Projects and managing safety, resources, and project scopes since September 2025. Previously, as a Project Leader at BWXT from July 2023 to September 2025, Harsh guided the Mo-99 isotope production project, focusing on configuration management and compliance with nuclear codes. Harsh's extensive experience includes roles as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Project Engineer at BWXT and Ontario Power Generation, contributing to various nuclear power system projects. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering at McMaster University. Notably, Harsh led a project that resulted in a product acquisition by Johnson & Johnson for $600 million.
